We are much obliged and proud that we have been able to complete arguably the world?s largest wharf slab crack repair project to its maximum quality. It?s a mammoth 1km long 500mm thick wharf slab with certain cracks emerged on the soffit, These cracks allows easy chloride and Sulfur penetration with narrow space just above sea water causing sheer corrosion threats to its Reinforcement and leads further deterioration of concrete will finally spalls and collapses. Our Technical report with Methodology was selected by CGR-UK to arrest the issue. Initially we executed the full crack survey with each crack width details for all 160 slab soffits bays spanned for over 1km, and produced precise intricate engineering survey reports for proper technical date records. Each and every cracks were to surface sealed and to injected with a special chemical through permanently fixed nozzles which is a uniquely trained, skilled procedure. Purchased Material from BASF.
