RCC headstock and main crane beam repair /reinstatement / structural and non structural repair. Project includes piracies condition survey and producing reports for technical date record purposes. Large RCC beams section sizes are approximately 1.5mX1.4m? and repair length is between 1.2km to 1.4 km. RCC Secondary (Headstock Beams of the soffit of the Wharf slab was showing spalled deteriorated concrete collapsed sections by exposing corroded reinforcement wharf slabs. Our technical proposal with the methodology was endorsed to carry out the repair work. Initially total Headstock beams length was surveyed and condition reports produced. High Pressure water blasting jet concrete breakers used in concrete breaking on beam bottoms to avoid any deleterious impacts on beams. Then Micro concrete is poured to the temporary Form-work fixed, again a special process well trained and accredited by the material supplier BASF.
